Please read these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully before using UNEARTHED. These terms govern your use of all UNEARTHED services operated by Tiwari Yoga Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the UNEARTHED platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Membership & Subscriptions
UNEARTHED offers monthly and annual membership plans. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. A 7-day free trial is available to new members only. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered within 14 days of purchase for annual plans where no content has been accessed. Monthly plans are non-refundable once billed. Gift cards and referral credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on the UNEARTHED platform — including videos, text, images and audio — is owned by Tiwari Yoga Ltd or its licensors. You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, redistribution or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to share your login credentials, to attempt to access restricted areas, or to upload harmful or offensive content. UNEARTHED reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect personal data (name, email, payment information) solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. We use cookies to maintain your session and analyse site usage. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Transaction records are kept for seven years for tax and legal compliance. You may request a copy of your data at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. UNEARTHED does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Yoga and wellness content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiwari Yoga Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
